In order to transfer reservations, you must call the Vice President by Wednesday 5:00 pm prior to the meeting.  Call the Vice President if you have any questions about the status of your reservations.

Venue does not provide special meal requests or substitutions.

Policies:  Pre-paid reservations must be received 5 business days prior to the meeting in order to take advantage of the discounted rate.  Otherwise, the pay-at-door rate applies.
