The WRS application process ensures consumers can trust WRS Members and Affiliates when they are buying a product, hiring a service, or making a referral to family or friends. Consumers use the services of our Members and Affiliates, rather than searching blindly through the internet or in the phone book full of unknown people providing who knows what type of quality or service. Further details with regard to the WRS application process will be explained by a Marketing Consultant, upon joining the WRS.

5.  What services does WRS offer?

A. All WRS Members and Affiliates are pre - screened and qualified. All WRS Members and Affiliates must go through the WRS screening process to ensure the highest standard of professionalism. A Marketing Consultant will explain this process, when you call WRS.

B. Online Website Visibility at referral-guide.com. Our site is #1-3 on the Google Search Engine – Listings, Banners, Round Robin Banners, and Top Of Categories are all available. It’s the only referral service online, that we know of, that pre-qualifies and monitors those listed… assuring customers they can trust the services of our advertisers. WRS markets our website, via an ongoing mail campaign, to 600,000 business owners and professionals in Southern California. C. WRS Networking Events throughout Southern California are available, for those who want to create a steady stream of referrals and build a solid referral based business. D. WRS Entrepreneurial Institute. Business marketing and sales training courses created, developed and presented by WRS Founder, President, and Sr. Marketing Consultant, Nancy Sardella. There are 3 business seminars available; the Marketing Your Business Seminar, the Round Robin Workshop, and the Non – Selling Sales Seminar. They are all different and all share unique secrets and techniques responsible for creating new customers, even during a recession. See below for a brief description for each seminar. 

E. Advertising visibility in print. WRS offers Members and Affiliates the opportunity to be visible in our two annual publications, the WRS Blue Book and the yellow WRS Referral Guide. All advertisers must complete the WRS pre-approval application process and receive the WRS Seal of Approval. WRS ensures that your name gets in front of consumers, company executives, corporations, non – profits, clients, and customers who are seriously seeking service providers they can trust. WRS Members and Affiliates distribute the directories, to their circle of friends, family, associates, and clients. It is the tool they use to refer business to each other.  It also augments your networking efforts and generates referrals for you when you can’t attend networking events.

F. AMS – Advanced Marketing Services – Private one-on-one consulting. Remember, Marketing is only expensive if it doesn’t work! How much money have you already wasted trying things that didn’t work? G. Marketing Support from WRS – ongoing. WRS is committed to the success of every member. Members can call in for a complimentary marketing check up and analysis with one of our Sr. Marketing Consultants, so they get the support they need to build an ongoing, solid referral based business.

H. Marketing our Members – How does WRS send you new business referrals? WRS promotes and markets our members, because all members and affiliates are pre-approved, we can recommend you with confidence! WRS implements a variety of marketing strategies highlighting and featuring our members and affiliates at no extra cost. These strategies include reaching target audiences of 600,000 potential customers per year. 

I. Telephone Referral Listing. Call in consumer access to our pre-screened and qualified members. Once you are approved for membership you are listed in this data bank. When consumers call us requesting your service, we refer them to our pre-approved Members and Affiliates.
